Instructions for CAPELS Registration

This will take about 10 minutes to complete.

Before you start, please ensure you have a soft copy of the following:

For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents	For Foreigner
Recent Passport Sized Photo NRIC (Front and Back)	Recent Passport Sized Photo Immigration / work pass containing FIN (Front and Back) OR Passport Documentary Evidence of Residential Address (eg. Utility Bill, Credit Card Statement, Tenancy Agreement, etc.)

Please ensure that your passport photo is 400 x 514 pixels in size and meets the guidelines stated on the ICA website.
